We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. We require a minimum experience of one year in immigration law in either affirmative and/or defensive asylum; USCIS marriage-based petitions and/or VAWA; Detention matters; Habeas corpus petitions; or Appeals.

Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with preparing and filing applications and supporting documentation; managing case files and maintaining deadlines; communicating with clients, government agencies, and courts; and conducting legal research and drafting legal documents. We require strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
