Bade Law Group, LLC is a boutique immigration law firm based in Brookline, Massachusetts. We help families and individuals navigate the U.S. immigration process with compassion, clarity, and precision.
Our work focuses predominantly on family-based and humanitarian immigration cases, including marriage-based green cards, consular processing, T visas, detained cases, and related relief.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Full-Time Immigration Attorney, you will manage your own caseload while working closely with our team to deliver high-quality, client-centered legal services.
You will:
- Manage a caseload of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, asylum applications, and naturalization cases.
- Conduct client consultations and ongoing case strategy discussions.
- Prepare and review applications, petitions, affidavits, and supporting evidence.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and guidance.
- Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration hearings, and other proceedings as needed.
- Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in immigration law and policy.
- Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and team members to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
- Supervise interns or support staff, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Massachusetts state bar.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of immigration law experience preferred (strong entry-level candidates may be considered).
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent client communication skills and ability to explain complex issues in plain language.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
