Position Summary – Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our sports immigration practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience supporting professional athletes, coaches, teams, and sports organizations with U.S. immigration matters. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited to learn the unique demands of sports-related immigration filings in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for supporting attorneys and senior staff with employment-based and family-based immigration matters and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Major Responsibilities:

Case Preparation & Filing

Prepare and file petitions and applications with U.S. government agencies, including:
H-1B and P-1 nonimmigrant visa petitions
I-485 adjustment of status applications
N-400 naturalization applications
Family-based I-130 immigrant petitions

Consular Processing

Assist clients with completing DS-160 applications and coordinating/scheduling visa appointments with U.S. Embassies and Consulates.

Administrative & Case Management Support

Provide legal and administrative support, including processing USCIS correspondence and maintaining organized case files.
Work closely with Senior Paralegals, Client Service Manager, and Partners throughout all stages of case preparation.
Communicate professionally with clients, agents, managers, and team representatives regarding case needs and timelines.
Update and maintain the firm’s case management system with accurate and timely information.
