```Duties```
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings
- Prepare and present oral arguments and written briefs
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management
```Requirements```
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices
- Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in legal drafting, research, litigation, negotiation, or other relevant areas is preferred
