Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare USCIS, DOS and DOL forms and filing packages; communicate and collect supporting documentation from law firms / clients
Prepare business (nonimmigrant and immigrant) visas such as H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, O-1, P-1, also, EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 (NIW) EB-3, PERM applications, etc
Analyze case documents
Perform legal research
Draft support letters, cover letters, forms, and other legal documents
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

At least 5 years of paralegal experience working with business immigration visas
Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies (preferred)
Bilingual communication skills (Spanish)
Strong experience with USCIS procedures
Knowledge with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, etc.
Detail-oriented
Must know how to use Cerenade, LawLogix and/or Docketwise

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
