We are seeking an admitted attorney for a promising Associate Immigration Attorney position within our esteemed law office, offering significant opportunities for professional growth. This is a fantastic chance for a motivated Associate Attorney to gain invaluable experience and advance their career with a respected firm in the Boca Raton area.

As the Associate Attorney, you will report to the Senior Partner while managing your own caseload and client interactions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our outstanding Immigration Team, including attorneys and legal assistants.

This position offers partner opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Must have Work Authorization in the U.S.
Experience with immigration cases (Preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) (Required)
Must possess JD degree from a U.S. accredited law school
Admission to a U.S. state bar required (must be in good standing)
Strong research and writing skills
Detail oriented when preparing filings and support letters
Must be able to manage your own caseload, handling assignments from attorney and staff
Maintain client communication in a professional and timely manner
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Lead team meetings within first year
Will report directly to a Senior Attorney/Owner, while working alongside other associates, paralegals, and staff
