Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and the ability to represent clients in various immigration-related matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based immigration, asylum applications, deportation defense, and more.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on immigration matters
Prepare and file applications, petitions, and other legal documents
Represent clients before immigration courts, government agencies, and other entities
Keep clients informed and updated on case status and immigration laws
Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law
Manage caseload efficiently and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Active and in good standing with the NJ bar
At least 5 years of experience in immigration law
Strong knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Multilingual skills are a plus
