The role:
We have an opportunity for an Immigration Consultant to join our CEEN Coordination team in Sheffield. Immigration Consultants are responsible for providing immigration services to a range of clients across primarily, but not exclusively, European jurisdictions. You will work in close collaboration with multi-jurisdictional teams, leveraging knowledge sharing, relationship building and teamwork to ensure operational excellence.
What your day will look like:
- Manage immigration cases in assigned countries for a specific portfolio of clients
- Liaise with third party vendors and clients to ensure cases are on track
- Draft client and stakeholder correspondence (reviewed by senior team members where required)
- Update stakeholders on key milestones and developments in local immigration laws/processes
- Coordinate with internal teams (consular, documents etc) where applicable
- Exercise judgement in identifying and escalating issues to line managers
- Answer client queries and host consultation calls when needed
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects to streamline and improve processes
- Provide general administrative support including billing, record updates, document tracking and monitoring expiries
The team:
The CEEN Coordination team is a dynamic group of professionals with extensive experience managing immigration processes for the Nordics, Austria, Hungary and other European jurisdictions such as Albania, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Kosovo. We partner with local providers to deliver comprehensive immigration support to some of the largest employers across multiple industries, giving you opportunities to learn, develop and collaborate with colleagues and clients across different countries.
What we are looking for:
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience in corporate immigration or related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian) a plus, though not essential

What to expect:
- Once you have submitted your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your skills and experience. If these match the requirements of the position, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an initial phone call.
- If shortlisted, you will be invited to participate in our interview process, which will consist of at least two stages, one of which will be conducted in-person. Depending on the role, you may also be required to complete a written assessment.
- After the interviews, we will carefully evaluate all candidates and make our final decision. You will be notified of the outcome and feedback will be provided.
