Team: Client Delivery Team – Germany Inbound
Office Location: Sheffield, UK
The role:
Immigration Consultants are responsible for the day-to-day handling of immigration cases for corporate and private clients under the supervision of the Client Delivery Team and Legal Advisory.
They manage assigned cases end to end, act as a primary point of contact for assignees and business contacts, and ensure cases are progressed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed client protocols and service standards.
What your day will look like:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the operational day-to-day contact for assignees and business contacts on assigned cases
- Communicate case progress, requirements, and next steps clearly and professionally
- Manage client expectations in line with agreed protocols and service standards
- Participate in client calls or meetings as required
- Escalate legal or complex issues appropriately to Legal Advisory or Managers
Team Collaboration & Support
- Work collaboratively with Immigration Coordinators, Senior Immigration Consultants, Supervisors and Managers
- Support new joiners through knowledge sharing and guidance
- Cover cases for absent team members as required
- Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration
Case Management & Delivery
- Handle assigned immigration cases from initiation through completion
- Collect and review required documentation from assignees and business contacts
- Monitor deadlines, milestones, and case progress
- Coordinate application submissions with Immigration Coordinators and Legal Advisory
- Follow up with relevant authorities as required
- Review interim and final permits and visas
- Coordinate post-arrival processes with destination service providers
- Prepare final case communications and documentation for clients
- Review billing inputs prior to invoicing to ensure accuracy
Operational & Workflow Management
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Follow established processes, templates, and workflows
- Support prioritisation of urgent or time-sensitive matters
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalate promptly
Quality, Compliance & Risk
- Ensure case handling aligns with internal quality standards and client protocols
- Apply legal guidance provided by Legal Advisory accurately
- Support audits, reviews, and quality checks as required
Client Care
- Supports existing client relationships through consistent service delivery
- Identifies service improvement opportunities and escalates as appropriate
- Supports onboarding of new clients through accurate case execution
- Participates in client service reviews or operational calls as required
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience
- Support implementation of firmwide initiatives at case level
The team:
The Client Delivery Team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, coordination, and operational management of immigration services for Fragomen’s clients.
The team ensures that client work is executed efficiently, consistently, and in line with agreed service standards, translating legal guidance into structured, high-quality delivery. Client Delivery owns case management, escalation management, workflow oversight, people leadership, client relationships, and commercial performance, and acts as the primary interface between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
By combining strong operational discipline with a client-centric mindset, the Client Delivery Team enables scalable, reliable service delivery while ensuring that legal expertise is applied effectively and appropriately through close partnership with Legal Advisory.
The Germany Inbound team is a global group of approximately 45 immigration professionals and attorneys. The team is recognised for delivering exceptional client service to multinational clients supporting a broad range of German inbound immigration and advisory matters. With colleagues based across Germany, the UK, the USA, Singapore and South Africa, the team operates in a highly collaborative, cross-border model.

Preferred criteria:
- German language skills are desirable

What to expect:
