We’re seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal for a position in Atlanta. This position involves full ownership of employment-based immigration cases—from preparation to filing and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1).
- Manage PERM labor certifications and recruitment steps.
- Handle immigrant petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization.
- Advise on immigration options and maintain visa compliance.
- Communicate with clients and agencies; maintain accurate case files.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of business immigration experience, managing cases independently.
- Strong knowledge of temporary visas and PERM/I-140/I-485 processes.
- Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and immigration case management software.
Salary: $85,000-$95,000/yr.
