A women-owned and led boutique firm in Manhattan is seeking a skilled Immigration Paralegal with 2 to 5 years of experience with O-1s and PERMs but also H-1Bs, E-1/E-2s, L-1s, and EB-1As.
In this role, you will focus on preparing and filing detailed, high-quality petitions, while collaborating closely with multiple attorneys in a supportive environment. You will also manage client communications.
This position requires 4 days in-person at the firm’s lower Manhattan office.

- Salary Range: $65K/year to $90K/year, or commensurate with experience.
- Work Location: Hybrid role (4 days in-person) in brand new lower Manhattan office.

- Start Date: As soon as possible (with the understanding that currently employed candidates will need to give notice).
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years (or more) drafting and filing successful PERMs, O-1s, H-1Bs, E-1/E-2s, L-1s, and EB-1As.
- Day-to-Day: Prepare and file immigration petitions under tight deadlines. Find creative solutions to problems. Impress clients with your communication and level of service.
