Saguaro Legal is a growing immigration law firm in Phoenix, and we’re excited to add a fourth Spanish speaking immigration attorney to our team. About the Position
This role focuses primarily on removal defense, including detained and non-detained cases. You will handle a variety of responsibilities, such as:
- Master Calendar and Individual Hearings
- Trial preparation and brief writing
- Client meetings and case strategy sessions
- Detention center visits
- Detention-based hearings
- Managing your own caseload with support from experienced paralegals and attorneys

What We Offer
- Base salary: $85,000 – $135,000, depending on experience
- Profit sharing opportunities

Who You Are
We’re looking for an attorney who:
- Speaks Spanish
- Is licensed to practice law in any U.S. state
- Has experience or strong interest in immigration removal defense
- Is comfortable handling a significant amount of court work
- Communicates clearly and builds strong rapport with clients
- Can manage cases independently while collaborating with the team
- Brings professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality advocacy

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to any state bar with active license to practice law.
- Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and administrative documentation.
- Familiarity with legal research methods and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
- Prior experience working in a law office environment with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and confidentiality. - Experience in immigration law is preferred but not required. Compensation will be commensurate with experience in Immigration Law.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
