Alaz Law Firm is expanding and seeking a highly motivated Business Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic practice. This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping entrepreneurs, investors, and talented professionals achieve their U.S. immigration goals.
Role Description
Prepare and manage a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant business visa petitions, including:
- E-2, L-1, O-1, H-1B
- EB-1A and EB-2 NIW
- PERM labor certification
- AOS applications
Work closely with attorneys to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of submissions. Communicate professionally with clients, gather documentation, and track case progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on business immigration experience
- Strong writing, organizational, and case management skills
- Familiarity with relevant agency procedures (USCIS, DOL, NVC)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Professional and client-service oriented communication skills
