OVERVIEW: The Presentation & Content Specialist is an integral part of the RFP Team focusing on transforming RFP content into client‑ready storylines and pitch materials—while also contributing to written responses and proposal content that are clear, persuasive, and visually compelling.
This is an execution‑focused role for a strong storyteller who can synthesize complex information, apply a consistent narrative, and deliver polished materials under deadline. With a strong emphasis on the effective use of proposal technology, including Responsive, SalesForce and AI enabled tools, this role will grow into broader RFP ownership, including deeper involvement in proposal strategy, messaging, and response development. Success in this position requires strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presentation & Pitch Development
- Develop and translate written proposal content into effective client‑facing slide‑based storytelling ensuring strong narrative flow, clear messaging, and executive‑level readability.
- Partner with Marketing and design resources to ensure presentations are visually engaging, brand‑aligned, and optimized for live delivery.
- Support pitch preparation including rehearsal support and content refinement.
Proposal Development
- Use Responsive to develop innovative and high‑quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations, with a focus on clarity, compliance, and persuasive storytelling.
- Collaborate with the RFP team, Marketing, attorneys and other SMEs to clearly articulate solutions, strategies, win themes, and differentiators tailored to each client’s priorities and evaluation criteria.
- Configure AI agents in Copilot and use generated content as a starting point to reflect the strategy, tone, and objectives of each RFP while maintaining accountability for all AI‑assisted content to ensure responses are accurate, persuasive, concise, and fully responsive and meet the firm’s standards for quality, confidentiality, ethical AI use, and data protection.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Level:
- A. in Journalism, English, or Marketing with an emphasis in technical writing preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years of presentation experience using PowerPoint in a professional services firm
Skills and Abilities:
Writing & Storytelling
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Strong storytelling capability across both written proposals and presentation formats.
Presentation Development
- Ability to develop and align visuals, structure, and messaging to reinforce key themes and differentiate solutions.
Proposal Technology & AI
- Experience using Responsive or similar RFP platforms to manage proposal content, libraries, reviews, and exports.
- Comfortable working with AI‑enabled drafting tools, with the ability to critically evaluate, refine, and improve AI‑generated content.
Editing and review
- Highly detail‑focused to review documents for accuracy as well as applicability.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Collaboration & Professional Presence
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, Marketing, Business Development, and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable supporting presentation preparation and interacting with senior‑level audiences.
