Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Based Immigration Paralegal located in San Jose, CA. The paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing and filing employment-based immigration petitions, managing client communications, and coordinating with clients for document collection. Additional day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining accurate records of client cases.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Immigration Law and Visas
- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Immigration Issues
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Previous experience in an immigration law firm or legal setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification in related field
