Responsibilities:
1) Execute IT strategies aligned with the firm's goals.
2) Lead and supervise the day-to-day IT operations with a focus on infrastructure management, user
support, and technology procurement, emphasizing a responsive and urgent approach to meet the
dynamic needs of the organization.
3) Evaluate and implement new technologies that elevate the firm's IT capabilities and maintain or
lead industry best practices.
4) Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and adherence to budget.
5) Play a key role in enhancing cybersecurity measures and maintaining compliance with industry
and legal standards.
6) Manage and foster partnerships with external vendors and service providers to optimize IT
services.
7) Handle and implement solutions concerning applications in the firm’s image.
8) Provide strategic recommendations to align technology with the evolving needs of our legal
professionals.
9) Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure efficient operations.
10) Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential to benefit the firm.
11) Stay informed on existing and evolving security issues and respond thereto

14) Cloud – Azure
15) Monitoring – Intune
16) Scripting (coding)
17) PCI (Payment Card Industry Security) compliance procedures
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's
degree preferred. Certification in security preferred.
2) 10+ years of progressive experience preferred, in IT management roles, preferably within the
legal sector.
3) Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving
objectives.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technology, cybersecurity best practices, and
modern networking concepts.
4) Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to address complex challenges.
5) Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
6) Familiarity with legal technology solutions and their application in a law firm environment.
