We are working with a respected full service law firm to add an experienced Corporate Immigration Paralegal for a full-time hybrid position in their beautiful downtown office.
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: Hybrid | Dallas, TX (downtown)
PAY: $80k + overtime + bonus

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
- 5+ years of Corporate Immigration experience in a mid-to-large law firm required
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and research methods, with the ability to draft, review, and manage complex legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, review, and file a wide range of business immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and government agencies, ensuring clear communication and timely case progression.
- Conduct research, draft reports and memoranda, and maintain accurate case files and deadline tracking within immigration software.
- Manage caseloads efficiently, including timekeeping, billing records, and compliance with firm standards and procedures.
- Assist with additional immigration-related projects and initiatives as needed.
