Immigration Paralegal (Full-Time, On-Site)

About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-driven Immigration Paralegal to support a high-volume, client-focused practice. You’ll prepare filings, manage deadlines, and communicate with clients throughout the case lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble family/humanitarian immigration filings (e.g., I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131, I-751, N-400, N-600, I-90, I-129F, VAWA, U/T, TPS, asylum I-589, FOIA; consular processing DS-260/DS-160).
- Draft cover letters, declarations, evidence indices; respond to RFEs/NOIDs with attorney guidance.
- Track deadlines, biometrics/medicals, and interviews; maintain USCIS/EOIR status checks (USCIS online account, EOIR ECAS).
- Open matters, keep files/CRM current (e.g., Docketwise/INSZoom/Tracker, Clio), and maintain document naming protocols.
- Coordinate translations and certified copies; liaise with clients for evidence collection.
- Organize attorney calendars; prepare interview packets and exhibits.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–4 years recent experience as an immigration paralegal (family/humanitarian focus).
- Proven RFE/NOID drafting support, strong writing, and meticulous file management.
- Proficiency with immigration form software (Docketwise/INSZoom/Tracker) and Clio/Google Workspace/MS Office.
- On-site reliability (Bay Ridge, Mon–Fri, 9–5) and strict confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- Arabic language skills to serve Arabic-speaking clients.
- EOIR removal-defense support (filings, motions, exhibits).
- Notary Public (or willing to obtain).
