Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of immigration matters
- Preparing and filing USCIS applications, petitions, and supporting documentation
- Representing clients in Immigration Court proceedings, asylum interviews, and USCIS interviews
- Drafting legal briefs, motions, and appeals for immigration cases
- Providing compassionate counsel to clients navigating the immigration system
- Staying current with rapidly changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case processing

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
