Job description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Paralegal. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including legal document preparation, conducting research on immigration issues, assisting with visa applications, and supporting attorneys in immigration law matters. The position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Business immigration law 3+ Years of experience
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, including forms and applications
- EB-5 Experience MUST
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
