Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “Immigration Attorney” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

We're currently seeking a creative and experienced Immigration Attorney who has minimum of 4 year experience to join our team and contribute significantly to the expansion and management of our legal department.

Responsibilities

Handle a broad range of business immigration matters
Prepare and file petitions and applications with USCIS, DOL, and other relevant government agencies.
Draft and review legal documents including support letters, forms, briefs, and RFE responses.
Analyze client eligibility and develop case strategies.
Communicate with corporate clients and individual beneficiaries in a timely and professional manner.
Stay current on immigration law and policy changes and share insights with the team.
Assist in streamlining and automating workflows to increase legal team efficiency.

Qualifications

Active and good standing membership in a U.S. state bar (New Jersey preferred).
Minimum 4–5 years of experience practicing U.S. business immigration law
Experience in H-2B and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions preffered.
Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality legal work.
Comfortable using technology and legal practice management systems; enthusiasm for process improvement is a plus.
