The Immigration Law Group at Nicola, Gudbranson & Cooper, LLC in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a paralegal to assist attorneys with all aspects of case analysis and preparation in an employment and family-based immigration law practice. Specific responsibilities include drafting forms and support letters for employment-based visa petitions including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, O-1, as well as helping to guide permanent residence processes through employment. Correspond with clients on a regular basis. Prepare family-based applications for permanent residence, as well as naturalization applications. Skills and requirements should include a Bachelor’s degree, attention to detail and excellent writing skills. Special consideration will be given to foreign language skills.
