Position: Immigration Paralegal

About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to support our growing immigration practice. You’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate complex immigration processes while contributing to the firm’s mission of justice and inclusion. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions (e.g., asylum, family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based).
Draft legal documents, client correspondence, and case summaries.
Conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation.
Maintain organized case files and track deadlines.
Assist with client intake, interviews, and communications.
Coordinate with courts, USCIS, and other agencies as needed.
Provide administrative support including calendar management and file organization.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in immigration law (preferred but not required).
Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
Proficiency with legal tech tools (Clio preferred) and court filing systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Passion for immigrant rights and social justice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
