Overview
We are seeking a skilled immigration attorney to join our thriving law practice in beautiful historic Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the fields of removal defense and/or family immigration law. Excellent organizational, team work, and client management skills are a must.
Duties
- Conducting client interviews in person and over the phone
- Representing clients in removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review
- Representing clients before USCIS and attending interviews at various USCIS field offices as needed
- Working effectively with office support staff to complete cases timely and accurately
- Researching immigration laws and maintaining up to date knowledge of government practices and trends
- Drafting motions, legal briefs, and cover letters as needed
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to a state bar association
- Proven experience and a genuine interest in the field of immigration law
- A valid drivers license
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks to paralegals and office support staff

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
