Position Requirements
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in immigration litigation (Required)
· Language: Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
· Travel: Must be able to travel to Eloy and Florence Detention Centers for bond and court hearings
· Schedule: Flexible availability beyond standard 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM hours
Key Skills & Qualifications
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
· Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy abilities
· Detail-oriented, energetic, and a proactive team player
· Excellent interpersonal communication and a compassionate approach to client service
