What You’ll Do:

You will join a dedicated department of attorneys, DOJ reps, and support staff working within a wider agency of dedicated civil legal service providers.
As a Senior Immigration Attorney on our team, you will:
· Be the Shield: Expertly guide and represent clients through the complexities of deportation and removal proceedings before the EOIR.
· Amplify Voices: Advocate fiercely in Master Calendar Hearings, Individual Hearings, and through compelling BIA briefs.
· Navigate the System: Strategically pursue affirmative immigration options and crucial state court actions to fortify our clients' defense.
· Inspire and Elevate: Mentor fellow attorneys, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of growth within our passionate immigration team.
· Connect and Empower: Collaborate with community partners, amplifying our collective impact and ensuring comprehensive support for those we serve.
· Shape the Future: Contribute your insights to program development, helping us reach even more individuals in need.
