We're Hiring: Associate Attorney – Immigration Law
Location: El Paso, Texas
What You'll Do:
Be a Legal Trailblazer: Develop creative, impactful strategies for complex immigration cases — from VAWA and T visas to U visas and affirmative filings.
Own the Courtroom: Represent clients in immigration court, master and merits hearings, and USCIS interviews.
Inspire and Lead: Mentor a team of paralegals and legal assistants, empowering them to produce top-tier legal work.
❤Change Lives: Fight for justice, advocate for equity, and be a voice for those seeking a brighter future.
What You Bring:
Bilingual in Spanish: Connecting with and advocating for our diverse clientele.
J.D. from an Accredited University: Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar.
Immigration Law Experience: Preferred, but a heart for justice and advocacy is a must!
Communication Skills: Articulate, clear, and persuasive — you can captivate a courtroom and connect with a client.
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong research skills, laser-focused, and confidentiality-conscious.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
