Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Immigration Specialist for our client in the electronics manufacturing industry. This is an opportunity to support a global B2B company focused on electronic components, modules, and substrate solutions.

Location: San Jose, CA
Pay: $35–$50/hour
Shifts Available: Full-time, Day Shift | Onsite or Hybrid (as applicable)

What You’ll Do:

Manage end-to-end immigration processes including visas, green cards, and export control
Advise on visa strategy and legal documentation for candidates and employees
Coordinate with legal counsel and vendors to resolve application or invoice issues
Track, maintain, and reconcile visa and green card application records
Stay current with immigration legislation and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
8+ years of corporate immigration experience; multinational experience preferred
Deep knowledge of non-immigrant and immigrant visa classifications (H-1B, PERM, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to confidentiality
Background in high-tech or electronics environments strongly preferred
