A highly reputable middle market Private Equity firm investing equity capital in the Industrial, Consumer & Business Services sector within the middle market and lower middle market is seeking an Experienced Private Equity Associate that is looking to make a lateral move, for their investment team in Charlotte, NC!

Qualifications:

1+ years of direct Private Equity investing experience at a reputable private equity firm (REQUIRED!)
Already at the Associate level within a Private Equity investment team
Experience with Consumer, Industrials or Business Services investments is a plus
Excellent Financial Modeling skills
Relevant ties to Charlotte/North Carolina (REQUIRED!)

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential acquisitions, ensuring rigorous assessment of investment opportunities.
Market Research: Identify and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and growth prospects to inform investment strategies.
Reporting: Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and stakeholders.
