What we do not offer:
Crazy work hours - we strongly believe in work/life balance and encourage our team to leave it at the office at the end of the day.
Working hard to make rich people richer - we practice what we call the law of the people. Our purpose as a firm is to impact and change our clients' lives and help them reach their individual and family goals.
Overwhelming billable hours expectations - in fact, we don't bill time at all. We work together as a team to accomplish the financial targets we set as a firm. Almost every case we open is a fixed fee for a specific scope of work.
Exposure to other areas of law - we are committed to focusing the firm on immigration cases only.
What we prefer:
In our business, it helps if you are bilingual in English and Spanish. That said, we can accommodate those who do not speak Spanish with translation support.
If you are fluent in a language other than Spanish or English, we may be able to structure our marketing efforts to ensure the public is aware of that ability and provide opportunities for new clients and consultations in that language.
