Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Advise clients regarding recommended strategies for the optimal resolution of their cases.
Maintain communication with clients throughout their immigration process.
Review applications and petitions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness before submitting to the corresponding government entity.
Prepare clients for Consular interviews.
Prepare and represent clients in USCIS as well as EOIR master and calendar hearings.
Review Freedom of Information Act responses to find solutions for clients.
Maintain and increase up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and policies through participation in webinars, staff meetings, self-education, and periodic training.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years of immigration experience required.
Must have a valid bar license to practice law in any state.
Must be registered with EOIR.
Strong writing, verbal communication and organizational skills.
Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to find creative solutions.
Ability to serve clients in a professional and efficient manner.
Competency to leverage technology to increase productivity.
Ability to work with little oversight and manage a team.
Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish (90% of our clients are Spanish speakers).
