Job Title: Human Resources Global Mobility and Immigration Specialist

Location: "Tampa, FL (Hybrid Role)"

Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Business Hours (Flexibility on work hours to support teams in the US and OUS)

This is a hybrid role that requires working from the Tampa, FL site on a rotating schedule:

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the Tampa site.
Week 2: Tuesday and Thursday at the Tampa site.

As the Global Mobility and Immigration Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution, administration, and communication of global Talent Mobility and Immigration programs. You will work on managing caseloads for both EMEA/APAC International and Domestic mobility services, coordinating immigration applications for work authorizations, renewals, and de-registrations.

You will also:

Assess immigration needs and work with third-party vendors.
Ensure compliance with local and global immigration policies and legislation.
Analyze reports and suggest process improvements.

Additional Information:

The role is based in Tampa, FL, and is open to candidates who are willing to relocate or commute to the location. Given the hybrid nature of the position, flexibility with commuting is available, and relocation assistance may be considered for those outside the local area.
