Wilner & O’Reilly, APLC seeks Immigration Associate Attorney. The job site is located in Murray, UT. The position requires a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and 1 year of experience in the occupation, or, Master of Laws (LL.M) and 2 years of experience in the occupation or as a Law Clerk. Special Skills: Admission to a U.S. State Bar.
Occasional domestic travel.
Fluency in the Spanish language is required.
Job Duties:
- Represent and handle legal matters that pertain to immigration;
- Review immigration applications/packets and make necessary adjustments;
- Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions;
- Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases;
- Correspond and/or meet with clients to gather documents and information to guide them through various visa processes;
- Use case management system/database, various firm systems, and project management skills to monitor case milestones, follow up with clients, and meet both legal and client-relations deadlines;
- Exercise meticulous attention to detail to produce error-free forms, correspondence, and related legal work product;
- Prepare and represent clients at government interviews; and other tasks as required to meet client, Managing Attorney, and firm needs.

Pay: $57,630.75 - $122,260.92 per year
