Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About Us:

Ramon J. Fajardo, Attorney at Law, is a well-established law firm specializing in civil, criminal, and immigration law. Although we are no longer accepting new immigration cases, we continue to complete ongoing immigration cases, as well as handle a variety of civil and criminal matters. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry-Level Secretary to join our team and support our daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and managing communication with clients and vendors.
Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and court appearances.
Filing and maintaining records in a confidential and organized manner.
Assisting attorney with administrative tasks as needed.
Managing office supplies and ordering as necessary.
Providing excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or legal training is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
Legal knowledge is not required, but the candidate must be willing and open to learning.
