工作职责:

负责移民案件的文案准备，包括文件收集、整理和审核；
与客户进行沟通，解答移民政策、流程及相关法律问题；
协助移民律师处理各类移民案件，与政府机构进行文件提交和跟进；
维护客户档案，确保所有文件的准确性和合规性；
研究移民法律法规的最新动态，为客户提供专业建议；
协助组织移民相关的研讨会、培训和客户说明会。

任职要求:

本科及以上学历，法律、国际关系、移民相关专业优先
具备1年以上移民文案、法律助理或相关工作经验；
熟悉各类移民政策、申请流程及相关法律法规；
具备优秀的中英文书写和沟通能力，能够起草和审核法律文件；
细心严谨，责任心强，能够处理多任务并在压力下工作；
有律所、移民公司或相关行业经验者优先。

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing immigration case documents, including document collection, organization, and review;
Communicate with clients, answering questions related to immigration policies, processes, and legal matters;
Support immigration lawyers in handling various cases and liaise with government agencies for document submissions and follow-ups;
Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations;
Stay updated on immigration laws and policies to provide professional guidance to clients;
Assist in organizing immigration-related seminars, training sessions, and client briefings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, International Relations, or related fields preferred;
At least 1 year of experience in immigration documentation, legal assistance, or related fields;
Familiarity with various immigration policies, application processes, and relevant legal regulations;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to draft and review legal documents;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of multitasking under pressure;
Prior experience in law firms, immigration agencies, or related industries is preferred.
