Responsibilities Include
- Client Management: Nurturing and developing client relationships, ensuring precise and consistent communication, managing expectations, and anticipating needs, all while maintaining a steadfast focus on the quality of service.
- Case Management: Ensuring efficient case management and expedient case processing while adhering to high-quality standards and due dates. This includes preparing family-based (e.g., I-130, Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, I-751, Consular Processing) forms, collecting and preparing evidence, and drafting documents for attorney review. Assist attorneys in preparing employment-based (e.g., EB-1, EB-2 NIW, PERM, O-1, P-1, H-1B) immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to manage caseloads, delegate effectively using technology, and contribute to the firm's goals in line with KPIs.
- Case Administration: Perform all duties related to the proper administration of cases, such as filing, organizing, tracking deadlines, etc.

Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with family and employment-based immigration matters, particularly experience in EB-1, EB-2 NIW, PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-2, O, P, TN, and other employment-based visas.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency with every case and every client.
- Working proficiency in immigration law procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions the first time they are given.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Portuguese as a second language is desired but not required.
- Prioritize matters and tasks to satisfy the client's and the firm's needs.
