Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal counsel and representation in a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, asylum, deportation defense, and naturalization cases.
- Prepare and file immigration applications, motions, briefs, and appeals with USCIS, EOIR, and other relevant agencies.
- Represent clients in immigration court and attend hearings, interviews, and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with immigration laws and policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants on case preparation and filings.
- Develop legal strategies and case plans to achieve the best possible results for clients.
Qualifications:- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (Maryland preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.
- Fluency in Spanish or another second language is a plus.

Pay Range: $85,000-$110,000
