The Law Offices of Jay S. Marks, LLC is a 20+ person, mission-driven, and well respected immigration law firm in Silver Spring, Maryland. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) associate attorney with at least two years of experience in immigration law to fight for our clients' rights before USCIS and Immigration Courts nationwide. We also have an active docket of federal cases, both in US District Courts and US Courts of Appeal. The successful candidate must be: licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction, but Maryland preferred; ready, willing, and supremely able to handle a busy docket of complex cases before USCIS and Immigration Courts; a superb writer, highly organized and motivated, and; a creative collaborator.
