Benefits and Hours
The starting base salary is $19.50 to $24.50/hr depending on experience. We offer 11 paid federal holidays, medical, dental, vacation, and matching 401K benefits. Additionally, we will invest in your training and development to turn you into a well-rounded, powerful team member. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:30pm.

Position Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will:
- Welcome clients with a smile, determine their needs, and direct them properly.
- Answer, return, and redirect calls/messages to the appropriate team member.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Open and close cases
- Maintain and organize common areas in the office.
- Reach out to building manager for maintenance issues.
- Stock and order supplies.
- Schedule appointments and organize the office calendar
- Help set up and resolve in-office IT issues/requests (e.g. computers, copiers, printers, video conferencing)
- Accept and process payments.
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and physical letters.
- Handle multiple inquiries/requests from clients and team members.
- Print out and organize filings/client contracts for remote team members.
- Copy, scan, file, and complete other administrative duties as needed
You are the right fit if you:

- Have a cheerful disposition with strong emotional intelligence. You will be the first person to speak with and greet clients who may be in an emotional or stressful state. You must be able to separate any personal issues from work issues.
- Speak, read, and write fluently and in both English and Spanish. Love being the go-to person when a team member needs help
- Know how to remain calm and focused even when juggling multiple requests.
- Have strong communication skills by phone, video, email/text with diplomacy and professionalism
- Are highly organized, efficient, and able to multi-task and work independently.
- Can keep confidential information confidential.
- Are technology savvy, able to learn new technology quickly, and troubleshoot on your own.
- Pride yourself on arriving on time every day. You hate missing a day of work.
Education & Experience:
2+ years of previous receptionist/phone experience in a professional environment preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Pro. Experience with case management software is a plus.
