Hermes Landscaping is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our dedicated team. This critical role will act as the company’s point of contact with third party partners, employees and act as the liaison between external partners and employees. We are seeking someone to manage the multifaceted processes or each and guide employees through the process. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Immigration Expertise – Manage H-2B, TN, PERM, and I-485 cases, preparing petitions, responses, and appeals with precision.
Case Management Mastery – Oversee the preparation and filing of complex cases, ensuring timely completion and legal compliance.
Clear Communication – Serve as a liaison between employees, USCIS, and Consular Posts, keeping everyone informed and up to date.
Problem-Solving – Tackle complex immigration issues, offering strategic solutions and managing Requests for Evidence effectively.

Ideal Candidate

4+ years of experience in business immigration law, particularly with H-2B, TN, and PERM.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong communication, organizational, and research skills.
Ability to manage complex cases from start to finish, ensuring filing deadlines are met.
Skilled in preparing legal documents, petitions, and responses with high accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
