We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney with 3+ years of experience, to join our interdisciplinary team. This position will primarily focus on (USCIS and EOIR) .
Responsibilities:
Assist with initial client consultations, as needed.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in a variety of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, deportation defense, asylum, waivers, U-visas, Humanitarian Petitions, Labor Certification.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and meet client needs.
- Draft legal documents with precision, including petitions, waivers, applications, motions, briefs.
- Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, as required.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients regarding case progress, expectations, and outcomes.
- Uphold the firm’s mission and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
Qualifications:
- 3 + years of Experience in Immigration Law.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience handling a full range of U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant visas, removal defense, VAWA, asylum, waivers, Labor certification.
- Member of the Florida Bar, is a plus.
Work Hours:
- Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. However, additional hours may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,452.00 - $102,350.00 per year
