We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney with 3+ years of experience, to join our interdisciplinary team. This position will primarily focus on (USCIS and EOIR) .

Responsibilities:

Assist with initial client consultations, as needed.

Provide expert legal advice and representation in a variety of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, deportation defense, asylum, waivers, U-visas, Humanitarian Petitions, Labor Certification.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and meet client needs.
Draft legal documents with precision, including petitions, waivers, applications, motions, briefs.
Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, as required.
Communicate regularly and effectively with clients regarding case progress, expectations, and outcomes.
Uphold the firm’s mission and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.

Qualifications:

3 + years of Experience in Immigration Law.
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Experience handling a full range of U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant visas, removal defense, VAWA, asylum, waivers, Labor certification.
Member of the Florida Bar, is a plus.

Work Hours:

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. However, additional hours may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,452.00 - $102,350.00 per year
