National law firm with offices in St. Louis, Missouri; Raleigh, North Carolina; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Chicago, seeks bilingual attorneys (SPANISH). This position may work out of any of the locations.
Must be interested in working on immigration law cases in the courtroom. Courtroom experience is strongly preferred.
Salaries are dependent on experience level. Candidates with 5 years of immigration experience (or more) will be offered a higher pay rate. Candidates with minimal or no experience will be trained.
- The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be a licensed member of the bar in good standing.
- Must be a licensed attorney in the U.S.
- Interested in working with Hearings in Immigration Law
- Candidates must be thorough, able to work independently and have a desire to help others. To see themselves in the clients they help.
- Must be proficient in legal research, word processing, and document databases.
- Be able to handle a high volume of complex matters, including drafting support letters, audit responses, and appeals.
- Organize, plan, and schedule cases on a priority basis.
- Experience in immigration is a must.
