Role Requirements

An immigration attorney who can contribute right away, bringing both meaningful immigration experience and a grounded, client-focused approach.

5–6+ years of immigration practice
Strong background in employment-based immigration matters including, NIW, L‑1A, L‑1B, and H‑1B
Skilled in drafting support letters and USCIS responses
Confident communicator who can manage client interactions with clarity and professionalism
Member in Good Standing of a State Bar
