Although the practice is based in North Carolina, the position offers remote flexibility for the right candidate, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast.
Role Requirements
- 5–6+ years of meaningful immigration practice
- Strong experience with employment‑based immigration, including NIW, L‑1A, L‑1B, and H‑1B
- PERM experience a plus
- Skilled in drafting support letters and preparing USCIS responses
- Confident, professional communicator able to manage client interactions effectively
- Member in Good Standing of a State Bar
