Job Posting: Immigration Attorney (Remote with Court Appearances)

Diener Law is seeking a licensed immigration attorney with a minimum of two years of immigration law experience, including appearances in immigration court. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative, service-driven environment and is passionate about helping immigrants navigate complex legal systems.

Position Details:

Type: Primarily remote, with in-person immigration court appearances as needed
Location Requirements: Must be available for afternoon hearings, primarily on the West Coast
Focus: Representation in removal proceedings and review of family-based petitions
