Diener Law is hiring a licensed immigration attorney with a minimum of four years of experience, including substantial experience in immigration court. We’re seeking an individual who is collaborative and dedicated to serving the immigrant communities with skill and compassion.

Position Overview:

Type: Primarily remote with occasional appearances when required by the court
Court Appearances: Required as needed
Primary Focus: Representation in removal and asylum proceedings

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $100,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience
Quarterly bonuses: Discretionary, often ranging from $20,000 and up
Paid time off: 15 days annually (combined vacation and sick leave)
