Immigration Attorney–Remote

Immigration Attorney with employment-based immigration experience for boutique firm.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced immigration attorney who enjoys working directly with business clients, providing strategic counsel, and managing sophisticated employment-based immigration matters in a flexible, remote environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including work visa petitions and related corporate immigration matters.
Advise employers and foreign-owned businesses on immigration strategy and compliance.
Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
Manage cases independently from intake through filing and completion.
Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients and prospective clients.
Collaborate with the firm's partners and legal team to deliver exceptional client service.
Build strong client relationships while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.

Qualifications:

3+ years of business immigration experience, with a strong focus on employment-based immigration matters.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Compensation

Target annualized salary: $120,000 - $130,000
