Full-Time Immigration Attorney – Employment-Based & Family Immigration
100% Remote | 40 Hours per Week

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing immigration law practice on a full-time, fully remote basis.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of hands-on U.S. immigration law experience, with a strong background in employment-based immigration, particularly O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, as well as experience handling marriage-based green card cases.

Primary Responsibilities

Independently manage O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW cases from initial evaluation through filing and adjudication.
Analyze client credentials and develop effective case strategies.
Draft and review detailed petition letters, legal arguments, recommendation letters, and supporting documentation.
Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and other USCIS correspondence.
Handle marriage-based green card cases, including Forms I-130 and I-485 and related applications.
Review supporting documentation and identify evidentiary weaknesses before filing.
Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, documentation, deadlines, and case progress.
Supervise and provide guidance to paralegals and legal assistants as needed.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure all filing deadlines are met.
Stay current on USCIS policies, regulations, and developments affecting employment- and family-based immigration.

Required Qualifications

J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited U.S. law school.
Active license and good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. state.
Minimum 3–5 years of immigration law experience.
Significant hands-on experience preparing O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions.
Experience with marriage-based adjustment of status/green card cases.
Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate cases and develop legal strategies.
Experience responding to complex USCIS RFEs.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and productively in a fully remote environment.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have personally handled complex extraordinary-ability and national-interest-waiver cases and can take substantial ownership of matters with limited supervision.

Compensation

Initial 3-month introductory period: $80,000 annualized salary.
Upon successful completion of the 3-month introductory period: annual salary will increase to $100,000, subject to satisfactory performance.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
