A well-regarded mid-size immigration practice is seeking an experienced associate to join its employment-based, corporate immigration team. This is an opportunity to step into a client-facing role supporting sophisticated organizations across industries including healthcare, technology, and academia, while taking on leadership responsibilities within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. This role can be fully remote, or hybrid, based out of their New York, Philadelphia, or DC offices.

The role is focused on employment-based immigration matters and offers meaningful exposure to complex casework, client strategy, and team management. Attorneys in this group typically support a primary large client alongside additional corporate matters, allowing for both depth and variety in practice.

Responsibilities include:

Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including both NIV and IV filings
Prepare and oversee H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM cases, as well as adjustment of status applications
Respond to complex RFEs and audits and develop case strategy for corporate clients
Advise clients on compliance, workforce planning, and immigration program management
Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior associates
Collaborate across teams to support client initiatives and improve internal processes

Qualifications:

3+ years of employment-based immigration experience
Strong exposure to H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM matters
Experience managing high-volume caseloads and working with corporate clients
Ability to operate independently while leading and delegating effectively
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
