Our immigration law firm in Arlington, Virginia is looking for a full-time receptionist/legal assistant who is able to work independently and who is fluent in English and Spanish. We are hiring immediately to handle our rapidly expanding business. We will be reviewing applications as they come in. We will provide training.

Duties of the applicant will include the following:

Answering phone calls
Processing payments
Greeting clients
Providing general administrative and clerical support
Create physical/digital files for clients
Sending letters or correspondence to clients
Sorting/scanning mail and other documents
Scheduling appointments using Outlook
Other duties as assigned
